Michele has a combined 25 years’ experience in office management and human resources, she is detailed, systematic, an over achiever and a self- starter. However, this is not what makes Michele one the most important assets to Nichols Truck Bodies. Michele has a maternal approach to our staff, she ensures that each employee is acknowledged for their contribution to Nichols, their benefit keeper and assures payroll is always correct and on time. One part of Michele’s job that is not in the description but that she loves and takes ownership of, is sales. Michele has a knack for it, she carries the confidence to deliver incredible knowledge and service to each customer, she is especially knowledgeable on van up fits! All self-taught. Need a Van upfit?
